Q. Do passengers have to climb steps?

A. Yes, there are 6 regular steps (not a ladder) with handrails, to board the DUCK.
 

Q. Do you have a place to store wheelchairs?

A. Yes, there is room for one or two wheelchairs (if manual) to be stored if necessary.
 

  Q. Are there restrooms on the DUCK?

A.  No, we do not have restrooms.
 

Q. How many passengers can the DUCK take?

A.  The DUCK can accommodate 29 passengers per tour.
 

Q. What age is a children’s rate?

A.  Child rates are from ages 0-9.
 

  Q. How old do you have to be?

A.  All ages we've had them all, and they all have a great time.
 

Q. How long is the tour?

A. The tour is from 7:00am to approximately 3-5:00pm depending on the time of year.
 

Q. Does the DUCK have air-conditioning?

A.  No, the DUCK is a open air vehicle that lets the Hawaiian tradewind breezes in.
 

Q. Is the DUCK comfortable?

A.  Yes, it is spacious and is has been retrofitted with soft, cushioned seats.
 

Q. Do passengers have to get out of the DUCK when it goes into the water?

A.  No, DUCKS are amphibious. Passengers stay in, and when it splashes down they won’t get wet!
 

Q. Will I get sick?

A.  No, the DUCK is very stable so seasickness is usually not a problem.
 

Q. Is any food available on the tour?

A.  A No-Host lunch is available on both tours.
 

Q. Can we privately charter the DUCK for special events?

A. Yes, we have charters available for any occasion.
